Our Formula

The success behind our services is derived from a combination of three elements:

1. Talent Acquisition Center (TAC)
The TAC is the hub of our services and one of the ways we drive down your costs and increase efficiencies. As hiring requirements vary over time in response to economic factors, the TAC flexes with the increase or decrease of your talent acquisition activity. The TAC also streamlines the time-consuming, administrative tasks associated with recruiting.

In addition, the use of customized teams enables the TAC to provide your organization with the most comprehensive level of support in meeting its recruiting needs. The TAC is designed to:

  • Handle the full range of recruiting functions, including candidate sourcing, job posting/advertising management, and first-level candidate screening, as well as interview scheduling, reference checking, and data collection and reporting.
  • Recruit over a wide range of positions, from entry-level to director, or management requirements.
  • Recruit over a wide range of disciplines, from sales to finance, operations, and technology.

2. Team approach

  • A project manager, who is responsible for planning and coordination of the services, meeting the co-defined objectives and ensuring quality standards. The project manager also oversees strategy in the recruiting process and ensures the successful achievement of service-level agreements.
  • A senior consultant, who serves as the primary point of contact on a day to day basis. Skilled at implementing and managing the recruitment process, the senior consultant ensures the successful acquisition of new talent to your organization.
