Recruiting Associates
The Associate is part of Xelerate’s Talent Acquisition Center (TAC) based at our headquarters in King of Prussia, PA. Associates are responsible for supporting all aspects of candidate recruiting for one or more of Xelerate’s clients.

Recruiting Consultants
As a Recruiting Consultant, you will work with our team of experienced recruiting professionals to deliver recruitment solutions to some of the fastest-growing firms in the region. Teams work to develop recruitment strategies, implement recruiting processes, and deliver metrics based recommendations for process improvements.

Senior Consultants
The Senior Consultant plays a critical role in our service delivery model. The Senior Consultant interfaces directly with clients, responsible for managing the day to day recruiting solution while providing consultative services. The Senior Consultant role is multi-faceted, encompassing project management, team management, recruiting, and data analysis.
