Phase One - Assessment and Service Design

Phase Two - Service Transition

This phase identifies a step by step process to transition all or part of your recruiting processes over to the Xelerate team, taking into consideration methodologies, tools, and accountabilities.

Phase Three - Service Deployment

The Service Deployment Phase is when the recruiting begins. All activity is tracked so that metrics can be delivered on an ongoing basis.

Phase Four - Service Innovation

This phase is focused on continual improvement. Xelerate continues to make improvements to our service delivery based on analysis, feedback from the client, and the metrics gathered during service deployment.
